The instructors at Core Pilates & Yoga are well trained in the movement patterns of the body. Our Instructors have all completed 100’s of hours of instruction and apprenticeship and traveled across the country for continuing education in both Pilates principles & updated methods.
At Core Pilates & Yoga, we practice the IM=X style of Pilates or Integrated Movement Exercise. It is an elite formula that combines the muscle toning & lengthening of Pilates with elements of strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and core.
