Pink Ribbon Program
The Pink Ribbon Program will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery.
The program is suitable whether your surgery was recent or several years ago and accomodates all fitness levels.

New HOTCOMM Yoga Class.
Call your friends, family, room mates, etc. and join us for this flowing, vinyasa style, community yoga class done in a heated room. Sundays (beginning 1/8/12) 6:00-7:15pm. Register on-line or in studio. Space limited. All levels welcome. Bring a mat, towel and WATER.$5 donation per class goes to a different charity each month.
FREE Introduction to Pilates Equipment Class. Jan 14 10-11:15am
This is a great opportunity to see what Pilates equipment training is all about. Bring yourself, your spouse, neighbor, friend and tennis partner too. We will discuss the fundamentals of Pilates and it's benefits as well as basic exercises. This will be an interactive class...you will get the opportunity to try the equipment and discuss your training regimen. Register on-line or at the front desk. SPACE LIMITED TO 12.
