Pilates Mat Class-Level I   
(limited to 10/class)  
55 minutes of hands-on-training while following continuously flowing movements designed to lengthen and tone.
This class will cover all basic Pilates fundamentals. 
Instruction by one of our certified IM=X trainers.

Pilates Mat Class-Mixed Level 
(limited to 10/class)
This class (55 min.) is based on the principles covered in Level I.
A multi level class designed to challenge both the Level I & Level II student.  Exercises will include the basic sequences and fundamentals of Level I while offering intensity changes to increase difficulty for those who desire. Instruction by one of our certified IM=X trainers.

Pilates Mat Class-Level II   
(limited to 10/class)
This class is based on the principles covered in Level I.
A 55 minute class which flows through the basic sequences as well as additional exercises to continually strengthen, lengthen & challenge.  Instruction by one of our certified IM=X trainers.  Proficiency in Level I required prior to taking this class. 
Pilates Adv Mat
(limited to 10/class)
This 55 min. class builds from Mat II and will challenge even the most accomplished student.
Proficiency in Level II & Instructor approval required.

The Pink Ribbon Program will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery.  This program is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive body image to all breast cancer survivors.  It is suitable for women recovering from a recent surgery as well as those more than a year post-operative.

*** NOTE***  CORE does require a minimum of 2 Private Reformer Sessions and instructor approval PRIOR to taking a Small Group Training Class.  This is to ensure all participants have basic knowledge of pilates fundamentals and Xerciser/reformer equipment.
Placement into a Small Group class is by instructor discretion.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please cancel ALL appointments/sessions/classes 24 hrs. prior.  This allows others to fill your vacant space.  a MIN of 8 hrs. required to avoid being charged for EQUIPMENT appointment/classes.  All MAT classes must be used with in the current session.


TRAINING TIPS:
Please refrain from eating 1-2 hours prior to your appt. This ensures your comfort during class.
Please  refrain from smoking 2 hours prior to your appt. This allows your lungs to move air more freely and ensures the comfort of other clients as well.
